The Kurdistan People's Civil Defense Network is an independent, non-profit, non-political, and non-military community-based organization dedicated to protecting lives, strengthening community preparedness, and supporting affected populations during times of crisis.
The network is founded on the principles of humanity, human dignity, human rights, international humanitarian law, transparency, and accountability. Through training, volunteer engagement, and community resilience initiatives, it seeks to strengthen local capacities before, during, and after emergencies.
We do not seek to replace public institutions. Instead, we operate as a humanitarian volunteer network focused on preparedness, emergency response, civilian protection, and community recovery.
